"The British Chess Magazine, 1901". Published in hardback by the BCM in 1901. First Edition. 510pp. The volume is in Very Good condition and has clearly been well cared for over the years. No index. There are very minor faults to note such as a slight shelf lean and two stamps on the inside of the front board (see scan) but basically I think you would struggle to find a better volume for this year. The page edge block is clean and the internal pages are inscription free. The boards are very clean and the binding is tight. The gilt lettering has faded with age. Published without a dustjacket. Games are in English descriptive notation. Further scanned images are available on request. Approx.unpacked weight: 855g. Postage by Royal Mail within the UK: £5.50. Postage to Europe and elsewhere will be extra. Please ask me for details.
