The letter has a heading of Parallele50, it is in French.

Size: 27 x 21 cm.

Good or better: 2x centre fold, light general signs of use. 

Biographical data:

Godefroy Martin (1910-?), French problem composer, editor of the chess column in „Parallele 50“. He lived in Prague for some time.

Vratislav Miltner (1911-1994), Czech problemist. He composed about 600 problems, mostly 3-movers.
