Riga, Obyedinenny respublikansky shakhmatno-shashechny klub Latviyskoy SSR, 1986. Stapled booklet. Photos, 16 pages. Size 21 cm. 40 grams. Published 3,000 copies. In Russian.
Good plus: brown spot ca 0.5 x 1 cm on front cover. Light signs of use, text OK with no writings.
The program is signed by Artur Yusupov on title.
Note: who does not know Yusupov's signature would hardly guess to whom it belongs. Compare his signature with the one in the Minsk 1979 program, which I am offering in another auction.
