An amazing rare exemplar of correspondence-chess card, posted from Uzlovaja, of Tula oblast, by localchess enthusiast Boris Ivanovich Sedakov, the secretary of newspaper "Znamya" addressed to Riga, Soviet Latvia,to then strongest Latvian women chess player Milda Lauberte-Endzelin (she were then married with Latvian,later Australian, chess player Lucijs Endzelins.It is almosct certain, that this CC tournament were dissettled by the soon beginning of WWII war action in territories of USSR.Autographed by sender: Boris Ivanovich Sedakov.Message texts in Russian language.
