Shakhmatny listok 1928 (volume 8).
Leningrad, 1928. Orig. publisher’s(?) binding with year covers pasted on. 404 pages. Size 25 cm. 850 grams. In Russian. LN 6325, Sakharov 934, Sakharov 2nd edition 1847; Di Felice 2409.
About Good: binding is tight. Spine somewhat stained. Corners bumped. Small paper label and handwritten number 15 at the top of the front cover. Internally OK with no writings.
Complete volume, numbers 1-24. Title page not published, index = pages 401-404 + rear cover of number 24. No plates were published this year. All covers bound in.
The magazine was published since August 1922 to June 1931, marked as volumes 2-11. Its predecessor - Listok shakhmatnovo kluba Peterburgkomuny was published in 1921 and is considered as volume 1. From issue 13/1931 Shakhmatnyj listok was renamed to Shakhmaty v SSSR.
The magazine was checked page by page.
