"Chess Life & Review, 1972" edited by Burt Hochberg. Published in black hardback. 808(!) large pages. First Edition. All twelve issues of "Chess Life & Review" for the calendar year of 1972. Volume 27. Includes index. The volume is in Very Good Plus condition for its age. The binding is tight and there is no shelf lean or bowing present. The boards are very clean with the gilt lettering on the spine is still strong. The page edge blocks are lightly and evenly tanned from age (a sprinkling of light foxing along the top edge). Internally the magazine covers are bound in. All the magazines, as far as I can tell, are inscription, annotation and foxing free. The internal pages are all extremely clean and unmarked and it is obvious that this volume has been very well cared for over the years. Much original Fischer vs Spassky material, as you would expect. Games are given in English descriptive notation. Further scanned images are available on request. Standard airmail postage (see An Post.com website for prices) based on book weight (approx.2.27kg, unpackaged) will be used unless the winning bidder requires signature on delivery or insurance, etc. Any questions, please just ask.
