Full translation of the title: Congress of the East Bohemian District of the Czechoslovak Chess Association in Pardubice and Regular General Meeting in Lazne Bohdanec on 25 May 1947.

The front cover includes the title along with a diagram of a study composed by Jindrich Sulc. The first page lists the honorary committee and the program of the congress days. This is followed by Circular No. 6 of the East Bohemian District, containing numerous pieces of information about the district, including articles and reports by various authors (among them Ludek Pachman). At the end, one position from a game and one fully annotated game are included. Seven pages are advertisements. The laid-in insert features a map of the East Bohemian District. 

Condition - Still Good: the cover is slightly soiled and has small tears – see photo. Light, sporadic spotting inside.
