Two chess books: "I Play Against Pieces" by Svetozar Gligoric and "Judit Polgar: The Queen of Chess" by Tibor Károlyi. 288pp + 288pp. Both books published in softback by Batsford in the early 2000s. Both books are unread. The covers on both are very clean. The page edge blocks on both have the very occasional tiny spot or speck, commensurate with age. Internally both are in very good plus condition, clean and unmarked. They are inscription, annotation and foxing free. Games are given in figurine algebraic notation. I have refrained from taking any pictures of the interior pages of these books as I did not want to bend the spine back, something which has not been done thus far. Condition Rating: 8.5/10.
