Good: there are tiny pinholes in the corners, otherwise OK. Stamp of the photographer and text in Czech on the back.
The FIDE Congress in Prague took place from July 22 to 26, during the final days of the Chess Olympiad. This photograph was taken at the opening of the congress.
The text on the back reads:
Opening of the / International Chess Federation Congress / in Prague in the Mayor's Hall / 1931.
Some of the persons in the photograph may be recognizable, but I will leave that up to you. The man in the second row, first from the left, may be Czech master Amos Pokorny.
