most probably to Bedrich Formanek
dated March 3, 1966
Good+: light signs of use, 2x center fold.
1 sheet size 30 x 21 cm
The letter begins "Vazeny soudruhu!” (= Dear Comrade).
Tesak writes about some complications connected with publishing composition publications.
Biographical data:
Frantisek Tesak (1887-1972), Czech chess problem composer, author of several problem publications.
Bedrich Formanek (1933-2023), Slovak chess problem composer, author of many hundreds of problems. He wrote more than 10 books and edited more than 7,000 chess columns in various newspapers. President of the Permanent Commission of the FIDE for Chess Compositions (PCCC) in 1994-2002.
