The photo was published in the magazine Problemist Ukrajiny, Specvypusk 15, (2017), on page 60.
The photo comes from the estate of Bedrich Formanek.
Bedrich Formanek (1933-2023), Slovak chess problem composer, author of many hundreds of problems. He wrote more than 10 books and edited more than 7,000 chess columns in various newspapers. President of the Permanent Commission of the FIDE for Chess Compositions (PCCC) in 1994-2002.
