Szachista Polski, (“The Polish Chess Player”) was a short-lived Polish chess magazine published around 1920, during the early years of Poland’s renewed independence. It offered tournament reports, annotated games, theoretical articles, and news from the European chess scene. Although its circulation was limited, it played a notable role in helping rebuild and connect the Polish chess community after World War I.
