Amsterdam, 1906. VIII (=halftitle, title, index) + 268 pages. Contemporary cloth binding with printing on spine and front cover in style of Wiener Schachzeitung magazine. Marbled edges. Size ca 24 cm. The weight 520 grams. LN 6203. In Dutch.
Good plus: binding is tight. Stamp of previous owner on the front paste-down (= chess composer and collector Ilja Mikan) is overlaid with a blank paper sticker. Internally OK, pages are clean. There are occasional neat annotations in pen or crayon in the problem section in Mikan's hand.
Complete volume 14 - numbers 1-12, including halftitle, title, index. No plates were published in this volume. Covers are not bound in.
