Livorno, 1887. Contemporary or later binding with original year covers pasted on. VIII (=title, index) + 320 pages. Size ca 24.5 cm. Weight 580 grams. LN 6182. Di Felice 1710. In Italian.
Fair: covers somewhat browned and somewhat worn. Pages browned with age. Paper brittle and liable to break. Stamp of the previous owner (chess composer and collector Ilja Mikan) on the front paste-down; his small crayon notes sporadically in the problem section.
Complete volume, 10 numbers (=all published in 1887) including title/index. No plates were published this year. All covers bound in.
The magazine was published monthly from 1875 to March 1903.
