Zizkovsky obzor 1909-1911 (complete volumes).  

Praha (Zizkov), 1909-1911. Three complete volumes bound in one book. Newspaper style without covers, size ca 37 x 26 cm. Weight 2,000 grams. Not in Whyld; Mokry 442. In Czech.

Good or better: light/some general signs of use, no major flaws.

This item contains 41 games, 24 problems and 2 endgames. Also news, almost exclusively concerning local Zizkov chess activity:

1909 (Vol. 1): only 7 issues were issued, with 5 columns. 2 problems; 3 games, news.

1910: 27 issues with 18 columns. 15 problems, 18 games; 2 endgames, news.

1911 (Vol. 3): 44 issues with 20 columns. 7 problems, 20 games, news.

The chess column is documented from 30 October 1909 to 24 December 1911. Its continuation after 1911 has not been verified.

This rare newspaper is practically impossible to find on the market. This is the only copy I have seen so far.
