Original photo of organizers and arbiters during the 3rd qualifying group of the European Team Championship held  in Veseli nad Moravou, 26 November - 3 December, 1967. Dimensions: 13.5 x 8.6 cm.

Standing is the Polish chess official and arbiter Wiktor Witkowski (1900-1978). Seated next to him on the left is Jaroslav Sajtar (1921-2003), Czech chess master, writer, official, and arbiter.

Condition - Very Good.
