Condition Good Minus: cover somewhat soiled, with small tears and creases along the edges. Page 48 slightly soiled. Leaves loose and irregularly cut. The printer produced the book in this simple form to minimize costs during the war period, with the option for buyers to have it rebound later if desired. Only a small portion of the print run was issued in full cloth binding.
