This copy is from Aron Nimzowitsch estate. In his characteristic hand he wrote on the frontcover to the August issue "Brockmeyer, V, not paid" (the fifth installment of my system, which had just been published). On the frontcover to the December issue he wrote "paid, Complete" (complete set). Brockmeyer was a well known character in the Copenhagen chess life and Nimzowitsch a well known re-seller of his own books.
Condition: Modern binding with gilt lettering on spine. Bound with covers and index.
