Over 380 games and positions, many with contemporary annotations, alongside detailed treatments of each national team, background on the FIDE meeting held at the same time, and numerous illustrations and diagrams. It also contains four games from the Women’s World Championship, which was played alongside the Olympiad and won by Vera Menchik.
