Di Felice references a similar publication under entry 2820.2; however, only the number of published issues (10 + 1 supplement) corresponds to this item. The title, number of pages, and format do not match. Additionally, Di Felice lists a publisher and an editor, information that is entirely absent from this bulletin.
Condition - Fair to Good: Bound in a simple soft paper binding. The original cardboard covers have fallen off, leaving only the spine. Page 2 in Bulletin No. 1 is tightly cut at the bottom margin, affecting one sentence of the text. One separate supplement, bound between issues 5 and 6, shows signs of previous water exposure but without any serious damage. Minor creases and small tears to the edges of several pages.
