IV. Tournoi International d'Echecs de METZ, 22-26.07.1981. Presentation bulletin, 24 pag., size A5, SC. Signed on front cover by Romanian GM Theodor GHIȚESCU (1934 - 2008), also a few notes in ink by him. Condition: acceptable, front page somewhat torn at the lower edge, pages a little folded.
