Buletin Problemistic Supliment #3/1975, about Silviu BALCU, Romanian problemist. 1975, 5 pag. A5, paper cover; XXVIII diagrams with problems. Type-written, then multiplied. In their early years, the B.P. Supplements were multiplied in an extremely small number. A very rare copy, with Balcu's original photo glued on the 2nd cover. Condition: good.
