Buletin Problemistic Supliment #4/1976, about Octav COSTACHEL, Romanian problemist. former President of Romanian Chess Federation. 1976, 8 pag. A5, paper cover; 44 + VIII + 3 diagrams with problems and studies. Type-written, then multiplied. In their early years, the B.P. Supplements were multiplied in an extremely small number. A very rare copy, with Costachel's original photo glued the 1st page. Condition: good.
