Good or better: there is a small, ca 1.2 cm crease at the top ca 2 cm from the top right corner. Otherwise light signs of use, three stamps on the back: 1) stamp of the organizer Antonin Novak, 2) stamp of chess club Prostejov, 3) stamp of the tournament.
The winner of the tournament was Oldrich Malcanek of Olomouc. The third picture shows the crosstable.
I recognize the following players in the photo:
Oldrich Malcanek: man upstairs, in the middle of the door, with glasses. The winner of the tournament
Josef Rasovsky: man in the front. Chairman of the Olomouc chess County
Jiri Hlavacek: behind Rasovsky. Player from town Litovel. 7th place
Rudolf Mikulka: on the far left, with glasses. 4th place
Biographical data:
Oldrich Malcanek (1910-2001), one of the best Olomouc players in 1930s-1960s, multiple Olomouc champion.
Josef Rasovsky (1881-1961), Czech player, organizer and problemist. Author of ca 50 problems.
Rudolf Mikulka (1889-1958), strong Olomouc player
Antonin Novak (1904-1946), one of the founding members of the Prostejov Chess Club.
