Good or better: light signs of use. Some writings and stamps of the Czechoslovak Press Agency (Ceskoslovenska tiskova kancelar, CTK) on the back.

The persons in the photo are from the left:

Vladimir Mrazik, Viacheslav Ragozin, Josef Louma, Cenek Kottnauer, Igor Bondarevsky.

 

Biographical data:

Vladimir Mrazik (1887-1970), chess player, the main organizer of chess olympiad in Prague 1931, one of organizer of Podebrady 1936. Author of several books, the main editor of the magazine Ceskoslovensky sach in 1925-1935.

Viacheslav Ragozin 1908-1952, GM, ICCF GM, World Correspondence Chess Champion 1956-1959.

Josef Louma (1898-1955), strong Czech master, FIDE vice-president 1951-54, journalist (Ceskoslovensky sach etc), chess study composer - author of some 60 endgame studies.

Cenek Kottnauer (1910 Prague – 1996 London), Czech master, he emigrated to the UK in 1953. He played in 3 Olympiads, in Helsinki 1952 for Czechoslovakia and in Tel Aviv 1964 and Lugano 1968 for England

Igor Bondarevsky (1913-1979), Russian GM and GM in correspondence chess, co-winner of Soviet championship in 1940 (with Flohr), author of several books. Second of Boris Spassky in his match against Petrosian in 1969.
